Raja Paleja, President & Mortgage Broker Born and raised in India, Raja came to New York, NY in 1973. Licensed as a mortgage broker since 1991, at First Heritage Mortgage, Raja was the top broker out of a staff of 25 loan officers for 7 years in a row. Raja formed Maharaja Financial Services Corporation in 1994 to expand his client offerings to the realm of commercial and business lending. Currently, Maharaja Financial arranges funding of over $100 MM per year in commercial and residential real estate loans. Prior to working as a mortgage broker, Raja had varied experience as manager of a branch of ITT Financial, as banquet manager with Omni International, as the owner of a gas station/convenience store business and as the owner of a hotel property. Raja’s variety of experience allows him to analyze diverse cash flow and financial transactions and to make approval winning loan presentations that serve his customers loan needs. Sheila Paleja, Office Manager Born and studied in India, Sheila came to the US in 1979. A licensed mortgage broker, Sheila gained extensive experience in administration working with American Express Financial Services from 1986 – 2000. At Maharaja Financial, she is responsible for all areas of administration including Customer Care, Post-Closing, Management and Office Functions. Kelly Guldi, Mortgage Broker Originally licensed as a mortgage broker in 1990, Kelly has worked with Maharaja Financial since March, 2002. He specializes in commercial real estate and business financing. Before joining Maharaja Financial, Kelly worked with FirsTrust of Florida originating residential loans, especially affordable housing. He is a founding host of The Mortgage Doctors radio program and has conducted home buyer seminars for the Urban League. 		Rodney Arzouni, Mortgage Broker With Maharaja Financial since September, 2002, Rodney is a licensed mortgage broker with a background in Hotel and Restaurant Management. He has a degree in Hospitality and is fluent in English, Arabic and French. Rodney is skilled in commercial and residential lending and specializes in customer service. Erin Burnett, Mortgage Broker A native of Florida, Erin is a licensed mortgage broker working with Maharaja Financial since January 2002. As an experienced residential real estate investor, Erin has the knowledge and experience of residential lending to pre-qualify and close first-time and repeat buyers.
